Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a long-term strategy that requires consistent effort and time to deliver measurable results. For this reason, our SEO services are provided under a minimum 3-month agreement.

  • If you cancel within the agreed contract period, the full service fee for that period will apply.
  • Upon completion of the agreed term, if no measurable improvement has been achieved, we will review the performance and may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Content Writing Services

Our content writing services are tailored to reflect your brand voice and business goals.

  • A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and approval of the work.

If you choose to cancel before completion:

  • Charges will be calculated based on the work completed.
  • If the final content does not meet agreed expectations, we will offer revisions.
  • If necessary, a partial refund may be issued based on incomplete work.

Web Design & Development Services

  • A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project.

If you are not satisfied with the final outcome:

  • Advertising budgets (for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) are managed directly by the client.
  • Digiscode charges a separate service fee based on the agreed strategy and campaign scope.

If campaign performance does not meet agreed expectations:

  • We will review and optimise the campaign.
  • If results remain unsatisfactory, a refund of the service fee may be considered.
